How to Register for Classes
Class Registration Information:
You may register for any of our classes in one of two ways:
1. Call us at (603) 448-6888. We will take your credit card number
and complete the registration information over the phone. Details about
what to bring will be mailed.
Or
2. Print out the two pages of registration information below. Fill
out both the registration form and the questionnaire (we can not register
your dog without the completed questionnaire). Below you are given the
choice of either Microsoft Word format and simple text to print out the
forms. And be sure to include your check for the total made out to: UVHS
Training Center

We will contact you by e-mail, snail mail, or phone to confirm that you
are enrolled. Classes will run subject to meeting minimum enrollment.
